Circular Tape 2010

On Circular Tape Heidi has shaped a work defined by the dogma of instant creation and recording music using only a microphone and six efx pedals, building up the music instantly by live sampling voice, beatbox and singing. Nothing was to be rehearsed or arranged ahead of time and with no other aim than to play music and document what happend. Circular Tape sum up snippets and songs captured in a moment of creative flow. The results are rare style recordings; shortend sweet to give you exactly the best and the worst. No computer has contributed with any sounds and in fact no computer can scan a cassette. Circular Tape is absolutely elegant in any music collection.
